Item description:

A strange green crystal, vaguely quartz like.  Its not an emerald, but some
otherworldly element you can't identify.  It shines like a torch, and weird
magiks dance within its translucent depths.  Every so often, a spark of
green arcs from its tip. This energy could be used as a weapon, or
harnessed for other purposes.
