Item description:

This carved ring of green jade has three loops and is meant to be worn
around three fingers. The hoops are connected by a large rectangular bezel,
on which is carved a serpentine dragon in mid-flight, with a whiskered
face, deer-like antlers and a lion-like mane. This ring is clearly not made
to be worn by a dragon, and was probably used by a high ranking scribe of
the Dragon Emperor.
