Item description:

A black whip, made of god knows what material.  It's heavy, and would take
both hands to wield at best.  About halfway down its length sharp edges
begin to appear on it, like thousands of black razors for ripping and
tearing flesh.  It has the feel of ancient times, and reeks of an evil
that no good natured person would tolerate.
