This is a thin black metal band with two five-pointed stars mounted on the
bezel side by side.  One star is a shining gold color, while the other is
platinum.  The leftmost of one and the rightmost of the other are not only
adjacent but intersect one another, with the platinum outline overlaying
the golden one.
