Item description:

A piece of metal about two inches wide and five and a half inches long.  It
is shaped into a cuff, with ends that do not meet.  The metal is fairly
flexible allowing it to fit around nearly any size wrist.  The surface and
edges of the cuff are smooth, but bear no decoration.
