Item description:

This simple band of silver is adorned with a single line of flowing script
around the inside of the band. The letters are runes -- holy sigils in some
angelic tongue calling for blessings to be poured out upon the wearer. The
band glows with white light, as if a sanctuary spell had been cast on it.
