Item description:

This wrap is woven from the mane of a silver dragon and hemmed with silver
dragon scales. It is meant to be worn over the waist and thighs as a sort
of skirt or kilt. The edges of the scales are rough and slightly tarnished,
indicating that they were shed naturally by a dragon rather than taken from
the hide of a slain one.
