It is a large, cut clear stone set in a six-sided rim attached to a thin
length of gold chain.  The stone is flawless to the naked eye, and refracts
light in an interesting pattern on the wearer.  It looks pretty flismy, but
a tug on the chain tells you it would withstand the rigors of combat.
