Item description:

This is a polearm consisting of a steel head mounted on a long wooden pole.
The hammer's head has two striking positions opposite of one another: a
flat pounding side and a sharp pick.  The flat side glows and crackles,
occasionally emitting short-lived white sparks.  A sentence is carved in a
flowing cursive down the length of the handle, which reads: LIKE UNTO
LIGHTNING, JUSTICE WILL STRIKE OUR FOES.
