Item description:

This is a well crafted longbow, it looks to be made from a strange
hardwood. The wood has been stained with some dark silver fluid and the
bowstring seems to draw with lightning fast speed. A quiver does not
accompany the bow and a practice draw forms a magical arrow of ice.
Inset into the side of the wood is a brightly glowing ruby.
