Item description:

This tome is a large book with a silver plated cover.  The book is entitled
'Libram of Silver Magic'.  Therein are what seems to be instructions and
techniques for the casting of many of the arcane spells.  All this is written
from the point of view of a mage who channels magic from a fae known as
Silver Magic, a neutral earthen source of power.
