Item description:

Feathers shed by an angel have been carefully woven to create this holy
artifact which grants a large boost to the magical reservoir of any cleric.
The feathers are several different colors ranging from golden, silver,
white and many other colors. There is no clasp to hold the armband in place
but instead it is magically held up by tightening around the arm of the
user. The feathers all glow faintly giving off a warm light which appears
to surround the wearer.
