Item description:

This rather flimsy looking girth was crafted from very thin silver.  Almost
like hammered out chainmail, it drapes over your waist with no difficulty at
all.  A line of blue gems covers the edges of the girdle.  After a few seconds
you notice smoke seems to be flowing from the gems.  Before you can remove
it, the smoke solidifies in the form of a translucent plate-mail girth.
