These gloves fit rather tightly over your fingers, cutting off a bit
of circulation.  The place where the spikes are stabbed through the leather
also scrapes against your knuckles, rubbing them raw with metal.  The long,
lethal spikes protruding from your knuckles have much more potential to
hurt others than yourself, however.
