Item description:

A flask about as tall as your palm and as wide as three fingers, shaped from
black ceramic.  It is in the shape of a grotesque humanoid skull without a
lower jaw and two oversized fangs.  While the flask is clearly hollow there
is no opening in it, except for a tiny hole at the tip of each fang.
