Item description:

This heavy belt is made from gnarled, warty leather the color of bone. A
pouch specially enchanted for holding teeth hangs below the demon-horn
buckle. It has been treated with holy water and sacred herbs, purging the
leather of its demonic nature. Runes are carved into the hide, faintly
glowing with pulsing blue light.
