Item description:

This is a three foot long strip of cloth with a simple yet sturdy buckle at
one end. Every few inches along its length, a cluster of sparkling
alexandrite gems has been attached to the belt, causing it to shimmer with
a deep emerald color or a rich reddish purple color, depending on the
light. Several runes have been embroiderd into the cloth between each
cluster.
