Item description:

This feathered cloak is almost as long as the average human is tall. It has
been made out of a soft, but flexible fabric, which in turn has been
embroidered with dozens upon dozens of runes. These runes glow with a faint
emerald light, and magic wafts out of the cloak to stain everything around
it with life and vitality. Whoever used this before appears to be a
sorceror of no small skill, yet had no care for close melee combat, for the
cloth can easily be punctured and would not protect one from close-up 
attacks.
