This sheer black garment would blend in with the shadows so well as to
make its wearer invisible to those with less than magical vision.  Even
in movement it hides from your eyes, and only because the area is lit
can you see it, but even now you can hardly tell where it's cloth ends
and the shadows surrounding it begin.  You have heard tell of these magical
cloaks in the worlds without sunlight, gaining their power, if not their
very fabric, from the dark black.  Having come from a dragon's hoarde,
you realize that this must be enchanted in some way so that it can function
even in the bright of day.  It is such a well-made garment, it is a shame
that noone can see you in it.
