Item description:

A rectangular strip of leather measuring three inches by one and displaying
the insignia of a rank in the Atlantian military. It has small punched
holes in the top corners wear a leather thong can be attached allowing the
badge to be worn around the neck as an alternative to pinning it to the
uniform. Three triangles of gold signify the senior officer rank of
Tagmatarchis.
