Item description:

The metal this breastplate is made of seems to be so clean and smooth it
shines. Tiny silvery runes have been etched in dwarven all along the plate,
giving it durability and strength, seeming to flash with silvery light from
time to time. The straps to attach the breastplate to the wearer seem to
have been made from a very durable leather, as well.
