These steel-backed gauntlets are rather heavy, but provide lots of
protection. They have the sign of The Council of Mages, an arrow trailing
flame and spikes protruding from each knuckle which could provide a good
amount of damage. These must have come from a guard or other official of
Koralia's Heart to have the sign of that city's ruling body.
