Item description:

This tanto has been forged from a very rare metal. After it was forged it was
cooled in holy water then blessed by an elven priest. Several small gems have
been set on both sides of the handle. On one side have been set many
sapphires, best known for its lightning protection. The other side has
several dragonite gems, best known for their protection against breath
attacks.  This weapon obviously was created for the hunt of a dragon.
