Item description:

The long flowing cloak is a marvelous sight to look upon.  You see upon the
cloak a red and gold symbol of a giant rats claw with wings on it.  It is 
tasseled with small silver silk bands.  You can see a beautiful dark blue
trim that starts around the neck and flows down to the bottom.
