Item description:

A soft, supple red leather, all one solid piece, with the dragonscales
still attached.  It is cut from the back of a small drake or dragon,
and is made so the scales lay down flat when it is adorned. In case of
dragonbreath or dragonfire, one could turn and hide inside it,
reflecting most if not all of the effect away.
