Item description:

At first glance this roll of black fabric seems little more than a
decorative wrap worn to accentuate the curves of various body parts.
However, upon closer inspection it is revealed to be much more useful. The
fabric from which they are made is extremely strong and at the same time
has a wide enough weave to allow for skin to breathe. When tightly wound
around an arm or leg, they support the muscles and quicken the reactions of
the wearer, enabling them to be more deadly in combat. That alone is enough
to make them sought after by thieves, but the runes that are embroidered
into the weave are where the real power lies. Infusing the item with both a
skill enhancement and mana regenerative powers, two aspects highly prized
by those choosing a mana rogue path.
