Item description:

As you turn the circular bands over in your hands, they suddenly shrink
and fit tightly around your fingers.  In a panic, you pull them off... only
to watch them grow back to normal size.  It would seem that part of the
magic the runes give to the silver is a one-size-fits all quality.  With
these armbands over your biceps, you can operate freely while absorbing
magic from the bands.  They are quite finely crafted, and even if you
cannot use them, you can appreciate their value.
