Item description:
-------------------------------------------------
This ice encrusted staff gives off a tangible sense of power as it is
wielded. A brilliantly blue light glows from the end of the staff lighting
the area around it. Upon closer inspection embedded into the tip of the
staff appears to be a large blue garnet which gives off the brilliant blue
glow.
