Item description:

This thin silver bracelet loops around a sparkling unknown blue gem.  As you
gaze deeply into the gem's depths, you notice what appears to be a swirling
vortex of light.  Just to test it, you place it on your wrist and suddenly
the shimmering vison of a thick steel bracer appears over your wrist.  Oddly
enough, it is solid and quite effective.
