Item description:

Banded with steel, the heavy black oaken staff is as heavy as it is tall.
Lines of blue-glowing runes are carved in vertical lines, perpendicular to
the grey steel bands. The base of the staff is a much thicker and broader
band of steel, patterned with a swirling wind-like design, implying motion
where there is none.
