This belt has been expertly carved from the hide of an otherworldly,
demonic entity. Black onyx scales cover the belt, each somehow giving forth
an sorcerous, phantom glow. Bolts of dark light leap from one scale to
strike the other, but never seeming to stray onto the leather composing the
belt or harm the wearer.
