Item description:

This is a recurve style crossbow, with the tips facing away from the
wielder.  The stock is made of a very lightweight wood and is plated on top
with iron.  A windlass has been attached to the bottom of the stock to
allow faster reloading.  The trigger system is highly sophisticated, being
made of iron as well and allowing the bow to be fired with little effort.
