A heavy collar of solid adamantium steel, nearly eight inches thick!  Several
huge chains of the same make hang from it, obviously sheared and twisted off
with bare claws.  Whatever escaped from the impossibly powerful bonds of
these shackles must have been supernaturally strong!
You could wear it but it would slow you down considerably.
