Item description:

this leather collar is brittle and  feels like it might crumble in your
hands. A rusty buckle has been loosely attached to one end and   most of
the eyelets on the other end have been ripped into one long tear splitting
the end of the collar nearly in two. Multiple dark stains discolor the
leather and a foul odor emanates from it.
