Item description:

This helmet is forged from thin layers of platinum in the shape of an
oversized skull. The eye sockets line up with the wearer's eyes allowing
them to see through the red crystal lenses. The helmet's teeth are real
human teeth, fitted expertly into the metal and treated with powerful
necromantic spells.
