Item description:

Four strands of iron are intertwined in a circular shape, with a twisted
lump at the top. The lump appears to pulse every so often with a sickly
light of differing colors. According to local legend the colors change as
the minion Taran changes moods, which can be quite often.   You sense
something wrong about the symbol, almost  as some kind of corruption has
realigned the symbol to a new and greater power.
