Item description:

The handle of this weapon is made from a piece of bamboo as long as a human
forearm and as thick as a man's wrist. A chain is mounted on one end of the
handle, and a cylindrical weight covered with studs is attached to the
opposite end of the chain, making an effective lightweight flail.
