Item description:

This oval-shaped buckler has been made out of a light weight steel. The
lighter grade steel would allow for greater mobility, but it wouldn't
provide a lot of protection. Engraved on the front of the buckler is a
dragon that has been painted black with a pair of blood red gems inset
into the slots where the eyes would normally be found.
