Item description:

This amulet is of a small anvil crafted out of the finest mithril. Its been
attached to a long silver and gold chain. Unfortunately the chain is broken
and is probably unfixable, but you could probably hold it and gain the same
effects as if it were worn about the neck. The anvil has been engraved with
several small runes that seem to glow with a faint red light.
