Item description:

This armlet has been bent into the form of a cylindrical spiral. The armlet
is two inches wide and if it were straightened out it would measure nearly
thirty inches in length. Its exterior surface is slightly rounded with the
interior side being flat. Runes that glow a bright blue have been engraved
all along the rounded surface.
