This eight inch gland is said to be what produces the web in a waterweaver.
A sticky black liquid drips from it and covers almost all of it. If emptied
it could probably also be used as an artificial lung if you could find a
skin to go with it and bring it to a scaler. If nothing else, one could
always try using it in their next brew.
