What first appears to be a pool of fresh blood is in fact a very strange
garment. It is a full cloak meant to be worn over the shoulders, made from
blood that has somehow been bound into something that feels like sticky
cloth. It leaves no bloodstains and is slightly warm to the touch. There is
tremendous power bound in the blood that a necromancer could tap into.
