Item description:

A foul smelling dark green liquid drips from the tip of this long, narrow
fang from a large spider. Obviously this liquid is some kind of poison,
which strangely at one time had to be an offensive or defensive weapon of
the spider it came from, now seems to be causing the fang to deteriorate.
