Item description:

This six inch wide girth has been crafted out of a silvery metal. It is of
an excellent design and craftsmanship with a set of leather straps in back
for adjusting to fit ones waste. Engraved on its front is an eight pointed
star that upon a closer inspection you realize is actually the sun.  In the
center of this sun is a slot where a gem could be inset.
