Item description:

This is a simple short cloak finely crafted from the rough hide of a black
rhinocerous. While the outside of the cloak is rough, the inside of the
cloak has been scraped and cured to be smooth and supple as well as
thinning it out just a bit. A basic clasp at the throat keeps it hanging
around the shoulders and it reaches down to just past the waist.
