Item description:

A black shirt with short sleeves, this tunic comes down almost to your
knees.  It is made of some black heavy cloth, possibly wool.  The white
seagull device is made with some reflective thread that glitters in the
light.  The stiches of the gull are picked out in tiny seed pearls.
