Item description:

This is a delicately crafted ivory mask.  Faintly glowing golden runes have
been engraved all around the face, and at a glimpse, they appear to be for
boosting a user's mana regeneration. A small rune carved into the forhead
of the mask would almost certainly help power a mage's spells.
