Item description:

This is a large piece of dragon hide which was cut into a large rectangular
shape made to fit over the front of one's body. The piece is flexible
allowing it to wrap slightly around the person's sides giving protection
both in front and to the side. Through the edges of the large piece of hide
were drilled small holes which now have sturdy iron rings with leather
bindings allowing the armor to be secured behind one's back. The
arrangement of straps also attaches to some rings attached to two small
pieces  of hide which fold over the shoulders adding even more security to
the bindings holding the armor in place. Near the bottom right corner of
the piece of hide is a small letter J most likely the mark of the armor's
maker.
