Item description:

There fingerless gauntlets are wrought from a strange silvery-green metal.
Various sigils denoting lightning are etched into each metal plate that
composes them. A pair of stubby curved blades are attached to the main
plates on the backs of the hands. The tips of the blades throw off tiny
arcs of electricity, like a minature lightning storm.
