Item description:

These gauntlets are made of a stiff leather and coated with a thick glaze
that makes them shiny.  The black leather is shaped into a skull-like icons
on each knuckle and in the palm of the both hands.  The cuffs are extra
long, extending all the way to the elbow.  Yet in the spite of them being
thick and durable gloves, their real power stems from whatever magic causes
them to glow.
